With respect to LYC, this definition of a price taker presumes an open universial
market.
At present export quotas by China and the Japan /China defacto trade
war changes things as does LYC being the major non-Chinese supplier.
As I've said before, the price that Japan pays LYC for product will test
the premium that japan is willing to pay for security of supply oputside China.
We'll know by August.
