Not sure you should be gloating just yet yowie013, the NDRC has had ample chance to remove Hanlong, yet still haven't. In fact, if you check the FAQ, GJ just confirmed a meeting with NDRC officials where they stated that Hanlong was the preferred suitor. The wait now is for Hanlong and Wuhan to bed down partnership details. If the NDRC wanted Hanlong out, they could have done so a long time ago, and there'd be no need for all of these delays. IMO that people like GC are going to be staying on with Hanlong will have reduced NDRC worry about whether Hanlong has any ability to deliver.

I'll stick with my call, out with SDL, in with Hanlong, Hanlong and Wuhan to progress the project with China Harbour and China Rail to build the infrastructure. An all Chinese affair.
