Apology not accepted IMO ..
He should be investigated as he is a suspect for allegedly threatening to perform ARSON..
...authorities IMO should seek statements from the workers (who want to make a living to put food on the table and send there children to school..etc..)..
...stating something along the lines... "after reading these comments i feel threatened and fear for my safety"
When you allegedly perform a crime an apology has nothing to do with a conviction....when it comes to the sentence the apology will be taken on board...
