One thing I want to point out about the Resolution 6 that was passed at the meeting is that somehow SHERs resentment reflected on the boards decision also to say NO to her.
All the other 5 Resotios were passed by 87m odd votes but Resolution 6 to Smiths 20m placement deal was passed by only 23m I think it was. Thats a difference of 64m votes to the other Resolutions all with 87m FORS.
Dont you think Ross and Justin both saw the SHERS non sentiment of not voting for it and appropriately followed SHERs sentiment too plus the fact it was too cheap.
I feel that the board knows what it is worth and have the interest of SHERs at heart by not diluting the guts out of Sp in which they will capitalise on later as a higher price placent not so dilutionary then to raise the big $$$$s needed. If the assays are good there will be no problem of big $$$s being raised as hedging to its potential.
There is no room for greedy directors for self gain in ICG or any company. fleecing the SHERs of value.
