One other point, let's imagine that she took her 20mill. at 5.4 cents, and the results came back negative. SP would fall to around sub 2cents, everyone would have reaped the rewards of her paying the higher price.
Investors, HC posters, need to put themselves in the same position, and take a more realistic view at what has transpired here.
Same as if you were buying a house, and wanted to finalise the transaction today. The seller has no right to say, you will have to wait for a while, and pay a higher price, because the housing market is in an uptrend.
I can't see anywhere that it specifies a set date to take the shares, other than (within) 1 month, but because everyone expects the VWAP to be much higher during the next month, are crying "foul", simply because she wants to take them now. Everybody needs to remember that it was approved by shareholders, that bothered to vote, and she is entitled to take them when she sees fit to do so as well.
