I have a simple rationale to all of this. If the board is fighting over control of this company, the prospect/potential must be huge. 20 million shares more would take Susan/Flexipan's stake to 20%. If Chanape is a dud, why would the board and Susan fight over it? Why not just issue her with the shares?
I even have a sneaking suspicion that the board already knows the assays for the first 120m of the first drill hole.
