Sorry everyone, I have ben a way for a while.
This stock has a lot of potential, but it does appear that the HTX board are shooting themselves in the foot too keep La Jolla happy. Now that the testing is complete for OvPlex with positive results, I would expect to see positive earning results in the next annual report, as long as they can keep expanding sales.
I don't believe it is a question of if they break the US market, but more a case of when. Once this occurs, with this kind of diagnostic tool, then I wouldn't be surprised if the price goes North of a dollar (this is speculation only).
La Jolla is damaging this stock, and I did notice that the last vote almost rejected issuing any more convertible notes to La Jolla, so lets see what happens at the next vote considering there are so many unhappy investors. But it is a catch 22, if HTX can't repay La Jolla via convertible notes, then they will most likely need to pay cash.
This stock is not for the faint of heart, but give it time.
Remember DYOR, and not everything happens overnight :-)
