    I'm now retired with many years experience as a lawyer, but earlier in my career I was Crown Prosecutor for some years. My job was to assess evidence and amongst other tasks, determine at first instance whether there was a prima facie case against a defendant.

    I frequent the Michael Smith website. As many will know, he has posted just about every document publicly available about the AWU scandal. I have downloaded and read every one. I've also closely read Terry O'Connor QC's opinion on the evidence already in the public domain, available here:

    I defer to Mr O'Connor's seniority but have to say I agree entirely. There is sufficient evidence already available in the public domain to sustain a prima facie case against our Prime Minister for breaches of the legislation cited.
