    SDL would still need a CFO even if it were to enter into a JV with a larger miner. SDL's CFO would have a very imprtant role to play for SDL if it were involved in jointly mining 35mtpa or more. It's a position every company has, and would be integral for SDL. A CFO is not a project manager.
