As far as the placement goes- it doesn't scream confidence when your directors will only take up shares at a 20% discount- and then offer only 15m to other investors- it screams lets make a buck and screw our long termers. Buy on market right now and put your money where it counts, or is that 20% cushion making them just that little bit more comfy- especially buying at a 52 week low. Generous of them.
