IMHO an extremely interesting case study.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating and in this case you will almost certainly be dining well.
I guess the end justifies the means (I usually ignore cliches like the plague) and in this case you appear to have broken a number of "rules" - maybe proving that there 'aint no rules ?
You obviously didn't have a stop loss in place and I suspect that you were in fact prepared to lose the lot (should that be spelt "loose", I am on HC?). You obviously haven't been tracking the trade intra-day (with no stop loss why bother) and you don't appear to have a defined exit stategy. Apart from that, you have a winning trade.
