Yep. You've pretty much got it. IMO, you can be sure directors will, in the main, steer well away from the territory of fraud, but to many anything else is fair game. They are, after all, sales people as well as operators. IMO, it is safest not to trust any of them, but look where your interests overlie their's.
Anyway, as matt says - the focus now is what can the new blood does to turn this show around. The RED5 threads are already littered with the failings of the past.
