Rolf - I put the 3 points out there as generalisations that tend to hold true, not necessarily specific to this case. IMO, everything else specific to this case is speculation.
P.S. I'm well aware of the types of nonsense that goes on in this game, much beyond what I'd be prepared to disclose here.
