Perhaps ignoring the Qld UCG future in the announcement is designed to send a message to the Qld pollies for them to consider the fact that Lnc could go and setup somewhere else if they dont get a move on. After all testing in the states will be starting soon, and other options may present themselves in the next couple of months as well that will take Lnc's focus away from Qld.
