    I don't have a barrow to push here but I'm interested that peeps are so quick to dismiss the resignation of the Chairman as if she was some no account menial with no clue at all. Seems like the coy was very pleased to get her on board. And looking at her qualifications there is no doubt that she was in a position to make an informed choice about her decision to leave. I definitely take it as a negative.

    I do note that she is not a geo. I don't doubt that she's prob pretty clever tho and wouldn't have had the wool pulled over her eyes.

    Inca appoints new director

    Appointment of Ms Susan Thomas as Director and Chairperson

     A non-executive director of Fitzroy River Holdings Pty Ltd.
     An executive coach with Foresight Global Coaching.
    A corporate lawyer by profession, Susan founded and built Flexiplan Australia - a funds management company which, when sold to MLC / NAB in 1999, administered over $1.7billion of superannuation and investment monies. Susan brings broad and salient experience to the Inca Board.
