Another option if the EPA goes against them, as this is primarily a bauxite play by the major shareholders, they may just return most of the cash and use a modest residual to look at other minerals on their leases.
Either way, hard not to see some upside.
Only concern I would have is that the chinese investors might head for the door, if the bauxite is not the game anymore.
