RE latest announcenent, nice touch by Seckold as opposed to drilling out further areas,chose to upgrade present resources. Seckold is a crafty operator, he copped flack for flicking Roseby + Ocampo, but appears he was looking to bring in the motherlode and saw no point in bringing to line a breakeven mine. I see the plan as being to get a mine up and running as soon as feasible and then drill out rest of site. If drill out rest of site and announce have 10 mill gold equiv indicated + inferred and nil mine or feasibility study, BSG/PJO would be a prime target for takeover (valuation would not be helped by principally inferred/indicated resource). Key get a feasibility study underway then divert drills to new sites to expand resource.
Technicals indicate retrace (key is whether Au + Ag price will allow pullback), but BSG wants to pullback. On weeklies shooting star appears to be forming, and this is at end of 3 white soldiers pattern. I would expect a pullback to 80-90 cent range, typically post 3 white soldiers, pullback to 1st or 2nd white soldier. I would look for fast stoch to hit 50 then turn up. Should be a good opportunity to load up. Good luck to those who hold.
