Yes, a mistake by the board if they did not seek the views of major shareholders.

I notice Macquarie is amongst them, they could solve that by lending us 200m.

Regardless, this price is ridiculous for PMI on its own. If the merger fails, our market cap will be tiny with most of it in cash as well.
