    I'm just speculating now , but I wonder if the sp strength is partly due to the Singapore Governemnt Investment Corporation pushing their share of capital from 7% toward 8%.

    SGIC went past 6% in September and 7% in November ( each 1% requires 14M shares to be purchased).
