re: time to switch?hergerr yep, that's before cap costs ... but i'm using an estimated capital cost of around $35m, up from a $26m figure management last quoted. even then it still looks like a decent play.

and on the prospectus extension ... i'm ambivalent about it, inclining to side with your take on it ... however i note that this time around it's just a 5 day extension, a previous capital raising that had to be extended was extended by 1 month extra ... suggests to me this could be to give the guys in london a bit more time to do their paperwork (i'm sceptical they've been "swamped" but I can confirm for a fact that mr porter and mr mackay has just returned from doing a roadshow in london)

previous delays don't concern me too much as they were the result of external factors ... such as a shareholder rebellion, emperor taking longer than expected to finalise some arrangements ...

i donno ... amg may still represent some kind of a decent play ...
