Congestion zone in the 3's is going give headaches (in the short term anyway)..
When you followed PEN, there was guy (member name) Musashi69..
He'd post charts on PEN and I consider him one of the best,if the best chartist here on HC.. Anyway his calls on the congestion zone on PEN were spot on.... If NDO can break through that over head congestion zone... That should give strong support for a move higher...
For me that is one if the signals I am looking for in NDO..
