If this is a taste of whats to come if P1 is successful then bring it.. ASIC have had it long enough and to my knowledge P1 have been very cooperative, so maybe ASIC are now satisfied.
What will this mean for GCN? Well i would think a steady SP rise to the time of P1 listing at the 30c face value.. But theres also the possibility of a new Valuation.. after all P1's business has grown in the 12mths since the last Val. And also dont forget the key element of equal shares and revenue that P1 and GCN hold..
Now what if that doesnt happen? Take Over would be my first guess.. If P1 had an equal sharing Co. like GCN substantially lagging its SP then that would be a negative on P1s SP..
Im guessing on an eventual TO but first lets get listed!
