If you cannot read/infer things properly that isn't my fault.

The main reason I can see a problem for P1 listing is that its trying to list for 300million Market cap.

Of which they are raising 15million total capital. which is a tiny fraction, where did the other 285 million go?

Well, they spent 40million on GCN, a company which has never made a profit in its entire history.

They spent 8million on a website which has been down for 6 months.

They spent around another 100million all up on joint ventures which either don't do business currently or are completely unheard of.

Look at the list of partners in the prospectus and surely you would see.

Tas I never get why you are so quick to defend a company on a forum when I'm sure someone as smart as yourself can see the problems from reading the prospectus. You don't believe that this forum will change anything do you?
