perhaps you should call management and ask those questions.
having spoken to management i get the feeling a lot of what you are looking for is due within the next 2 weeks, but of course, you can always run into delays for whatever reason.

on another note, heard a whisper a NZ fund has been buying, perhaps they are responsible for the blatant blocking orders???
they are really getting a bit silly with this practise now, time to actually buy surely!
