re: Ann: FRY: Ceasing to be a substantial hol... So the spin-out was a bad deal in the first place. CNQ's ownership back then was valued at 5x what they sold it for. Obviously they should have sold it outright instead of spinning it off which in the end put them between a rock and a hard place.
