The market cap on HC is 287mill not 187mill as you have calculated. Less 125mill cash is 162mill market cap, yes very cheap for this type of proven resource, especially compared to PIR. What seems to differentiate the goldies is management and its perception. Guess PVM are making a horlicks of this merger and being punished by the hedge funds and the likes of Macquarie who are not supporting them. Value will shine through in the end, lets see what happens when the counting is finished, I think 20th Feb, but we are beholden to the market while in no mans land.
