If you listen to the conference call (12/02), David's response to a question on the special distribution was that once payment is complete, they will announce a record date 7 days following. He also said that it has to go through the FIRB which could take 60+ days for a decision, however he doesn't expect them to knock it back.....so special div announcement still at least 2 months away.
