As you said he keeps talking up the future.. Hey Phil!!!! That does move the sp, getting things done now and announcing to the market on positive news gets the sp moving..
For example as another said not a mention of Galoc nth, why? If the case is NDO waiting on more funds, thats fine.. But you could mention galoc nth and coming to a decision to drill or not very soon...
