Still waiting for that rush of listings. Perth listings are looking like 2006 just before boom. REIWA market facts/listings rental trends. Would not go so far as todays Financial Review in calling back to boom BUT
What does it mean in the market. It means less choice to buy, it means accepting sub standard rentals or moving to crap suburbs. It means buying a property you cannot afford now or buying a property way out in the burbs that has zero prospects in the short term. It means going to a home open and joining the crowd or walk away and say I will wait for those bear predictions to come true. Good luck.
