Couple of things come to mind -

1. Appointment of Ben Clube has to be a positive. When negotiating with the big boys you need someone who talks the language and understands what is possible and what's not. Hopefully he will add value.

2. Timing - It could just be that FAR is waiting for any good news coming out of Anadarko drilling before inking a contract so as to screw a better deal(keeping their options open - probably already with a commitment from the farminee, so little downside). I think we'd all be disappointed if FAR signed a quick deal and then found in very quick order that we could have done a much better one if only we had waited a few weeks. (Maybe that's what's happening already, but of course FAR can't wait forever - particularly with impatient shareholders asking for early news)
