With all the ownership of Sprott shares, between individual clients and the funds, any take out under $1 will be fought by all the sprott shareholders. Rick will tell everyone to vote against it, because many have bought $1 north and while many have avg down there are some that have more north of $1.
Ill try to zero in on how many shares overall they think they have, but it's more then 3%. and im sure that doesn't include Rick Rules or Eric sprott's personal holdings of amx which im sure is a lot.
So Tarus can try to make a deal but my gut says they try to do a deal under $1 there's going to be a fight on their hands..and let's not forgot about some of the other funds that have a nice holding.
