A bid now at a premium of 30-40% ie @50-55c would be stampeded by AMX shareholders (unless there are some great new developments/results in the meantime or whole market sentiment changes...). Nobody buying cares about your or anyone else's average buy price, especially after the market has turned down - it's naive to suggest it would have slightest influence on a bid.
