Teranga Gold Corporation (TSX:TGZ)(ASX:TGZ) announced today that it will release its full 2012 financial and operating results and provide guidance for 2013 on Wednesday, February 20, 2013, after market close in Toronto. Following the release the Company will host a Conference Call and Webcast which will be available on replay for those that are not able to participate.
