"Rare Earth Element Project Agreement Signed"
Admittedly there is bugger all detail to go on but i believe it is premature to write this off yet

We have a live deal, i suspect they are probably trialing some of our gear, and our Chairman has been invited to present at an OCP conference this month. Doesnt sound remotely dead to me !
