I have no doubt that NCMC (meatworks) is interested in MEL's gas.

Like every business in Australia today they are under huge pressure from rising costs in particular energy and water.
The water issue has been resolved thanks to the new GM of Richmond Valley Council but as you can imagine running that plant in electricity costs alone is significant.

Quite frankly, I've had enough of idiots trying to call the shots. It's time the hard working people say we want to be heard. We want our businesses to have a future, we want farms that are profitable enough to allow us to bring our children back home, we want jobs for all and we want to be shot of toady politicans who think the easiest way to win a seat or become mayor is to pander to these protesters.

That's my rant for today. The rain has stopped and I'm heading outside.
