market says ho hum again ?? What is it with HDR these days ? we have been waiting to get told some info.

Today we get all the answers ? we get broker upgrades to $3 ? we get another hurricane and POO going back towards $70 or higher ? we get a substantial holder 5% of the company buy by westpec ? we have a drill bit in the water testing a known play ?

And yet we are still 10% below the high of a year ago when POO was $35 ??
