Katoom, punt is most appropriate word imo. Alot hinges on the outcome of the lease renewal and the legal threat. If everything was black or white then you could form an opinion on the likely outcome of those events and actually "invest".

But i honestly don't believe their has been enough transparency about the issue. I don't think you can do anything more than an educated guess. Some hypothysed that the lease expiry would solve our legal issues. I don't know.

But worth a punt knowing that Alimold need to sell down in the future. If the future was going to end in March then it doesn't make sense.

Yes, I can't say who, but I'm a client of a WA broker and their were discussions in Sept 2012.

Nothing formal. But that may change.
