    Hi all
    I posted earlier on this topic, but the post was moderated. So here's my second go at posting because I think we should all be informed.

    I'll admit I stupidly acquired some options in this company when I looked at their gold resource and couple it with the incoming cash from the sale of the Winchester asset.

    So, today when they tell me they need to raise capital, I went looking for the supposed buyer of the Winchester asset. Here's what I found:
