GZ these questions are the ones that stop me saying that "Easy, just do such and such". When I was a kid mucking around with cars, this sort of thing happened regularly and we just switched off the ignition. Cars have changed. I have a ride-on that will not run if you get off the seat. American self-propelled mowers stop when you release the handle. You never know what is done to prevent "fools" harming themselves.
