call it gut feel, observing the action over the past couple of months and keeping an eye on the shifting sands ... aka market depth. in the days of old, the 'insiders' would have pumped that last announcment a lot higher if you ask me. it's been a very controlled upwards move for a while now. good if you ask me.
gaps filled? volume created, stale holders flushed out, taking time to get the drill right ...... all part of the tick a box process if you ask me.
on the flip side, IF there was to be any inkling of "ooops, guess what happened ... " look out below because i reckon we'd see sub 5c in the blink of an eye .... and another couple of years of twiddling thumbs or worst case, putting for sale signs up :)
