The Extraordinary meeting was called to ratify shares, yet no mention of finance.
As to the issue of cash flow positive - its mentioned as a 12 months target. Also they mention looking for annual contracts...which I hope doesn't mean they still need to find buyers for the product they are producing now. Sure they will sell it, but if its sitting in the factory for an extra three months because contracts aren't in place, it will impact the all important attainment of cash flow positive operations.
I hope someone who attended can shed some more light on key questions of ramp-up rate (not just 'we are currently producing LC').
