Its a marketplace for goodness sake. Supply and demand comes into play and not everyone has no money as the starting point. The bears see everyone as they are , starting from scratch. However there are many resourceful ways to get into the market and prices will move upwards thanks to shared equity, folks helping, second homebuyers with equity etc etc. Unbelievable that the bears are so one dimensional and no wonder the boats just keep sailing by for them.
