I can have a multi million dollar house with equity and nominal retirement funds and provide the deposit for the young ones in my family to get into the market. Believe it or not we peanuts are actually doing that. When we sell as baby boomers we sell and downsize and help our young peanuts into a house while you guys go ape at missing out . That helps to keep things going as it always has and will.
