With throughput 14% up and grade steady it would suggest that production should easily exceed the stated 200k. Just as important it seems like costs are lower than expected as well.

Alot would depend on how much Duckhead gold can be put through the plant. From reading here the plant is configured to process a certain type of gold and the high grade gold I assume is to be filtered through at a rate which I do not know (25k a year, 50k?)
