I'm a bull, and I turn 31 in a few days.

I've done very well out of property.

But...I'm a bear and a bull.

There are some places I wouldn't touch with a ten foot pole.

There is money to be made. In the right places. High end properties have suffered in the last few years and will continue form a few more year to come. Call it a crash if you like but these places will always be out of reach for bogans.

Blanket 'I'm a bear' or 'I'm a bull' statements only indicate you don't have a clue.
