Not sure existing holders will be given much chance ozgem when you think the convertible note holder had 7 mill debt no doubt. It will be in there interests to hold control of kik. This signals viking deal is all but over however if kik raise funds they may be able to assist ndo in development of the shallows though all depends on how much recapitalization kik goes through.
