This behavior is at epidemic proportions in the small cap Perth community at the moment.

There is a mafia likeness about it with the devils triangle of Patt's, Bells and Hartleys.

The bottom line is a lack of personal integrity at board and mgnt level, where "mates" trump the actual owners of stocks.

Its probably the indicator of the end game for spec stocks in this cycle, where retail investors have taken it so many time in this fashion that they give up and it will fritter away with lack of interest till the next cycle begins again.

Its a shame but there seems no appetite to do anything about if from the regulators.
