Anwar is 100% corrupt NOT 10%, I know it because my family lived in Malaysia when Anwar was at the height of his power. He was the RISING STAR of the BN Party, He was seen as the next leader after Mahatir, he was young he was ambitious and everything was going well for him. My parents remembered when he was at BN Party he treated the Chinese with disgust and disrespect.Why would he want the Chinese help? He was the highflyer the next in power and also he was young. That is fact.
As the money and power got into his head he got more and more greedy power and control, his followers whispered into his ear, why not try and topple Mahatir, you are young you should lead the country and you can have it all. So he listened to his followers and betray Mahatir and we all knew what happened next.
Once he got sent into jail he had no one else to support so he ran to the Chinese, but our family and alot of the older generation Chinese remember his past and what he was like, He only came for our support because he had no one else to go to. He played the sympathy card and posted those photos when he himself when he was in power carried out the same treatment to the Chinese.
Also to think Anwar to come into power and corruption levels will drop is nonsense thinking, If hypothetically Anwar do by some miracle win and there is a change in government, all the politician from the BN party will just jump ship and get employed by the Opposition party. So you will have the same corrupt people running the same system anyways.
Look mate, the fact is as long Anwar is in power the opposition party has no chance of winning the election. In the end bottom line is, between Najib and Anwar all this come down to is MONEY and POWER. And when you have these two ingredient Corruption is never far behind. Its very naive and simplistic thinking to believe changing one party for another will end in corruption.
Also What is Anwar plan for the Malaysian people? What is his plan for increasing the wealth and prosperity of his people? He has NONE. All we ever hear about is corruption and him playing the sympathy card,Violent Demonstration, spreading lies about Lynas and opposing for the sake of opposing. Strategies like this mean that the Opposition party IS NOT READY to rule the country.
He is not ready let be honest about that, even Opposition Politicians here in Australia talk about plans for the future and how to build job and economic growth BUT NOT ANWAR, Anwar tells everyone to vote for him and he will promise to shut down Lynas. What kind of Poltical strategy is that? Sound more like immature thinking. Please vote for me and i will promise to shut down businesses, what kind of policy is that? That to me is WORST THEN CORRUPTION!
BN party on the other hand is making a huge effort to transform the country into a modern green technologically advance country by 2020 and Lynas will pay a huge part of it. You tell me what is Anwars plan of helping the people besides banishing corruption?? When people dont have jobs and food to eat which is more important corruption or their livelihoods??
You keep going on about Corruption and how BN party is in power for 52 years BUT so what? Are the Malaysian people starving? NOPE! Alot of Malaysian looks very well fed and fat to me. In fact whenever the Opposition party hold protest it always end just in time for dinner~! Isnt corruption a matter of life and death? If so shouldnt we starving ourselves and protest for days on end just like our middle east counter parts? Will the Opposition party supporters arent doing it so its not all the bad afterall.
Anyways you and I can argue forever but my family back home will be voting the BN government.
