Ok listening to BRR from Apr 2012 all they need is approval to drill to be able to use Fed land in JORC. They will not have to drill to release this. So expect two very positive releases in quick succession,imo, when they are ready, according to Mr Binninger, end of March. But mind you in the Apr 2012 BRR they saw no reason to not have drill permits by end of third quarter 2012.
