Re Matamata, to say we are NOT intending to go it alone would be playing into the hands of "interested parties" IMHO, they would then screw us for a bigger percentage, by declaring publicy that HDR are intending to go it alone and indeed are obtaining 3D and have the cash to proceed puts the "interested parties" under a little pressure and HDR's bargaining position is strengthened, retention of 40% is the stated HDR preference. All IMHO only.
